This year more than ever, we’re focusing our attention on Member Success. Your firms joined FINOS for a reason and it is our imperative to help uncover, address and facilitate the OS needs of your organizations. We start where you are and approach your success by:
Understanding Your Current State
We can’t improve what we can’t measure. When you create an LFID it becomes possible to leverage the LFX Organizational Dashboard and LFX Insights to understand the current state of open source consumption, contribution and awareness along with associated policies and processes.
Identifying Goals and Focused Areas
Clearly identify goals for engaging in FINOS and with open source more generally, understanding what ”success” means for the specific member firm.
Engage and Expand
Engagement is everything and we’re expanding our definition of contribution. Together we can better reach individual members on projects and marketing opportunities and structure periodic reviews (depending on Member tier) with key stakeholders, based on a Member Success template customized for specific Member goals.
Drive Results
And by executing on this approach, establishing appropriate metrics, and reports to track progress we’ll identify challenges and/or roadblocks sooner rather than later.
