Ger O'Shaughnessy's Bio:
Ger drives commercial outcomes for products and services. He believes that great ideas come through listening to and collaborating with people from all disciplines. He brings the focus and experience to make ideas work. Ger has held senior roles in business development, operations, consultancy, UX/Design and software engineering across a wide range of sectors over 3 decades. He is an evangelist for design-led solutions that make the world better. In Nearform, Ger owns the go-to-market strategy for accelerators which helps increase overall company revenue and client engagement.
Conor O'Neill's Bio:
Conor is Chief Product Officer in NearForm and has been responsible for launching projects such as Clinic.js and the NodeConf EU IoT badge platform. He has over 25 years experience in the software industry and has worked in diverse areas from Embedded to Enterprise to Mobile with companies such as S3/Philips, Xilinx, EMC, FeedHenry and Red Hat. He also co-founded three start-ups. Outside of his day job, he tinkers with hardware and runs marathons/ultras slowly.
