Drawing from the benefits and difficulties he has seen while working with multiple financial firms undergoing this journey, this presentation by Eddie Knight will follow a fictional team that is working to create a registry of reusable infrastructure as code modules. To bring things home, we'll also learn how FINOS is tackling this problem with input from major cloud providers, fintech contributors, and global industry regulators.

CDMC is the global standard for managing data in cloud, multi-cloud and hybrid cloud. CDMC is a free license available from the EDM Council and developed by 100+ companies including the top 4 CSP. In this talk you will learn how the EDM Council and FINOS have partnered to help companies accelerate their trusted cloud adoption with CDMC by developing open source testing scripts and procedures aligned to the CDMC 14 key controls for protecting sensitive data in cloud environments.
