We talk about ideation, planning, psychology, and just getting through the presentation as a way to help folks that have thought about giving a talk about something they care and know about, but have reservations about doing that in front of 10, 100, or 1000 people.

Why use and contribute to open source in finance? Open source's power is found in leveraging a collaborative development as well as the security and quality of code, with more eyeballs on the code.
