Introduction to FINOS Waltz

FINOS is pleased to announce that Waltz has been successfully contributed to the FDX Program and is now available as a FINOS hosted project through GitHub.

Primarily developed by Khartec Ltd and FINOS Platinum Member, Deutsche Bank, Waltz helps large organisations understand their technology landscape in a consistent, well-documented and easily digestible format. Waltz shows where applications reside, what they do and how they are connected. Waltz has been used to assist with key performance metrics, data lineage, regulatory responses and application rationalisation / migration programs.

January 06, 2020

Dear FINOS Community,

Happy New Year and welcome back to what promises to be an exciting year of Open Source at FINOS!

In normal FINOS style, we don't like to coast into our work, so join the excitement by raising pull requests, suggesting new features, communicating issues and joining working group calls. We look forward to growing the industry with you in 2020.

In the meantime, for those in the UK who'd like to join me at the first Fintech and Banking meetup of the year, I'll be in Bristol on Jan 7th at  South West Leaders in Tech on the discussion panel with Nationwide, RBS, Tide and Tumelo.
