• Jon Freedman, head of trading technology at Brevan Howard, project lead of the hubot-symphony project and member of the Symphony Software Foundation;
• Colin Eberhardt, technology director at Scott Logic and member of the Symphony Software Foundation;
• Dan Shaw, co-founder of NodeSource LLC and veteran of numerous Node.js startups.

The discussion touched on topics such as the relationship between project automation and open source, the bad and ugly aspects of automated processes, and the challenges of the NodeJS ecosystem related to them.
