After the success of The Common Domain Model (CDM) Showcase in February 2023, the International Securities Lending Association (ISLA), International Capital Market Association (ICMA), and International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) are set to return with another one-day conference on 28 February 2024.

The CDM Showcase is designed to be an interactive forum, bringing together members and relevant industry stakeholders from across derivatives, repo, and securities lending markets to discuss the CDM.

Set against the backdrop of the CDM migrating to its new home at FINOS, the industry has been busily driving the development, and market adoption of the model, with a watershed moment being the fully open source CDM version 4.0.0 being released over the summer of 2023. As part of that release, and contributions made since then, a whole host of enhancements and new product areas and functionality are now available.

We will be looking to answer questions such as, can you use the model to define collateral schedules? Or map legal master agreements? How about generating regulatory reports? And what about using other programming languages with the model code?
