The presentation explored how Hedera’s unique architecture is redefining the future of finance. Hedera, leveraging a novel Hashgraph consensus algorithm instead of a traditional blockchain, offers blazing speed, fair transaction ordering, and unmatched sustainability. A key differentiator is Hedera’s Governing Council—a diverse consortium of 30+ global organizations (including IBM, Google, and Dell)—which ensures decentralized governance and secure validator operation.
The webinar also introduced Hiero, the open-source foundation hosted by the Linux Foundation that powers the Hedera ecosystem, reflecting Hedera’s commitment to transparency and community-driven innovation.
